Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters

Hi my loves. I have some swatches for you today of something fairly new to the UK and that is a few of the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters. I have only purchased three so far as I want to see if I like the formula first.

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters In Shades Left To Right: Tutti Frutti (015), Cupcake (055) & Peach Parfait (025)

Swatches As Above

The Gorgeous Diamond Pattern Casing

Tutti Frutti (015) ~ A Satsuma Coral Shade

Cupcake (055) ~ A Barbie Pink Shade

Peach Parfait (025) ~ A Rose With Gold Shimmers Shade

On swatching these lip butters are very buttery indeed. They almost feel like they are melting so I am thinking I may leave mine in the fridge in the summer. They have no scent to them which I am not sure if I would have preferred given their names. I love the transparent patterned casing. The packaging represents the colour of the product which is fab. My only criticism is that I find the lids quite hard to pull off. It's good that you know the lid won't come off in your handbag or make-up bag though I guess.

I purchased mine in Superdrug for £7.99 each. I could not find them on their website, but I did find them on boots.com, Link :) where they are available for the same price or you can take up their current 3 for 2 offer.

I can't wait to try these products out as they are quite pigmented lip butters so you are getting smooth tinted lips. I hope they live up to the hype. I have my eye on the shades Creme Brulee and Cotton Candy.

Have you tried any of the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters? Do you like them? What are your favourite shades? Do they work for you as a 2 in 1 product?

Love to you all

    1. It's not fair that you have to miss out on something you like because of poorly designed packaging.

I will check out your blog :)
