Hey there my sweet lovelies. I have been thinking about writing a post on this range for a couple of weeks as there are a couple of products I absolutely adore. The range is Gorgeous by Gok (as in Gok Wan - Stylist).
I was given a couple of gift sets in January for my birthday and these were the products in this range I received.
I adore the design of these bottles. They are so girly with the vibrant pink and gold. Gorgeous just says it all. I have no idea why the centre product is a different coloured pink. Maybe I just had an odd one?
LEFT: "Liquid Gold Bath Essence" - This is a nice enough bath essence. There are no cons to it, but it is not a stand out part of the range that I received.
MIDDLE: Spray On Moisturiser - This is my favourite. I love this moisturiser. The smell is literally gorgeous (no pun intended). It dispenses out a small amount of product with each pump in one direction. The smell is divine. I mentioned the smell right? I would definitely by this product again. I found this great to apply when fake tanning as it really helps to mask that biscuity/curry smell.
RIGHT: "Molten Gold Body oil" - This product does have a nice amount of shimmer, but when you apply it to the skin it does feel like you are dragging it along. This would look great on a natural tan only because of course oil and fake tan can sometimes cause the tan to streak. It does smell just as lovely as the Spray On Moisturiser, but I wouldn't buy it as I'm not a fan of how it feels when applying it to the skin. See the swatch below for a better idea of this product.
LEFT: "Liquid Gold" Body Wash - This body wash has some shimmer, but I would say not enough to notice on me. I would not buy this product if you are expecting to be glistening when you step out of the shower.
RIGHT: Body Wash - This I would buy again. It has the same luscious aroma as the Spray On Moisturiser which makes it really pleasant to use. I feel really clean and like I am almost wearing perfume when I use this.
This is the most fabulous hat I own. Not really, but I do love it. It's just so cute. I hate taking it off when I come out of the shower.
So the great thing is that I have fallen in love with the Spray On Moisturiser and the Body Wash. The Bad news is that Boots Pharmacy no longer appear to sell it. I am really upset about this as I am very close to finishing these two products and loathe the thought of buying another brand that I may not love.
Do you have any idea where I can buy these products? Do you know any great alternatives as I need something to make me just as happy?
