The Watch Gallery London Fashion Weekend Competition

Hi there sweeties. I have been out in the wind and rain today picking up a couple of Xmas pressies, but I am still not finished. Please tell me that I am not the only one?

Anyway today's post is my entry to the etailPR The Watch Gallery London Fashion Weekend competition. There are golden tickets available for 6 winning bloggers to attend LFWend February 2014.

This Gold ticket will include:

- Entrance to Vodafone London Fashion Weekend
- Shop exclusive offers from over 80 designers
- Trend Catwalk Show
- Designer Catwalk Show
- Access to a packed programme of industry talks
- Limited edition designer tote bag, filled with treats (Only available while stocks last)

To win this experience at London Fashion Weekend bloggers must create a blog post about their favourite watch case material such as steel, rose gold or even diamonds using watches from TheWatchGallery.com

I have wanted a rose gold watch ever since the rose gold trend came about, but never got one. Rose gold is still the watch case material that attracts me the most so here are my favourite watches from the ladies rose gold section on The Watch Gallery website.

L-R: 1234 & 5

I like watches that are quite clean looking and by that I mean that they look classic and simplistic enough to wear with any outfit. Something that will stand the test of time (excuse the pun) and that I will keep forever. I do like diamonds on some watches too, but diamonds that are a detail rather than all over bling. Something like my choice no.5.

I have never attended London Fashion Weekend and so to experience it would be so exciting.

If you would like to enter this etailPR blogger network competition you must email the URL of your blog post to bloggers@etailpr.com.
Entries for this competition will close at 10am, Thursday 2nd January 2014.

Wholesome Bling Watches

Hi my lovelies and Happy Friday! Yay for the weekend, whoop whoop :) I had to go out this morning for an appointment, but now I am in the warmth of my home with nothing but blogging on my mind so here I go :)

While out I picked up from the post office a gift that was sent to me from wholesomebling.com

The gift that I chose from their watch collection is the Purple Glitter Fabric Watch ~ £24.00

Once I unwrapped the cute sticker and material tie from the tissue paper the even cuter jam jar was revealed with the same sticker design and my watch inside. All of the watches come in these jam jars so they make great gifts, especially at Xmas time.

I went for this design because I thought the glitz was appropriate for this time of year.

So here is the watch from above and below my wrist. As you can see there is quite a bit of excess material from the fabric so I twisted and tucked it in. The reason there is so much excess fabric is because I didn't put it on properly when taking these photos. The fabric that loops through the watch should be pulled down from behind the back of the watch so that you can slide your hand through so it's like a bracelet. You then pull and tie it so that it feels comfortable on your wrist. There are many ways to tie it up really. I think it just depends if you prefer the material more on show or tucked in. Both are easy to do.

The material is 100% cotton and can be removed to hand wash with warm water and soap. Gently iron if desired too. A cloth or chamois can be used to buff up the shiny surface of the watch.

The fabric is hand pasted onto the dial of each watch and no two watch designs are the same.

The watches come with a small or big watch face for £22.00 or £24.00 each. Mine is a big watch face.

All watches are free delivery in the UK and come with a one year guarantee. The watches are splash proof, but not waterproof.

To celebrate the launch of Wholesome Bling they are offering a 10% discount at the moment by applying the code New10%off when you checkout.

Why not check out all of the Wholesome Bling range in this link! I quite like the peacock and skull designs too.

My Watch & Ring Collections & How I Store Them

Hiya dolls. I am so pleased that you are here. Today I have another part of my jewellery collection and storage to show you which are my watches and rings.

This Ellesse watch was a gift from my man when we first got together.

These watches are from L-R: Bijoux (Xmas present from a friend), I think Dorothy Perkins, Emporio Armani @ Goldsmiths (birthday present from my fella) and Dorothy Perkins.

This is the insert to the box that holds my watches and sits on top. It stores my gold rings and my cute pink beaded one. I believe these are from Primark, Dorothy Perkins and Accessorize. The pink one I bought at a show and I don't know the brand sorry. This box was a gift.

This box was another gift from a work colleague which stores all of my silver rings. There are rings in here from Primark, Dorothy Perkins, Matalan and Claire's.

I bought a lot of these rings from Love Lemonade/Lemonade at a show so they gave me this ring case to take them away in. I added to the collection with rings from brands such as Primark and Dorothy Perkins I believe.

I hope you are enjoying these jewellery collection posts so far. Do you display your jewellery or is it tucked away safely? Let me know along with your storage solutions in the comments below.

Love to you all
