PRIMARK HAUL - MAXI SKIRTS, PLIMS & PJ'S

Hi Everyone! Spring is finally upon us thank goodness. I love brighter and longer days as it puts me in a much better mood. When it gets warmer in the summer I will truly be in my happy place :)

Today I have a Primark haul with of course some great bargain finds ....

CANVAS PLIMS (CHARCOAL & WHITE) - SIZE 5 - £6 EACH PAIR

I already have these in black/white and a dark purple. They are so comfortable and easy to throw on with jeans or leggings. I think the white ones are a wardrobe staple that would also look great with summer dresses.

IT'S SO FLUFFY PJ TOP - SIZE M (10/12) - £7

This pj set did come as separates. I might have sized down on this top, but because the sleeves are more slim fit than the top itself I will stick with this size.

IT'S SO FLUFFY CUFFED PJ BOTTOMS - SIZE M (10/12) - £7

I love cuffed bottoms as it saves me tripping over running up and down the stairs. These are true to size and go perfectly with the top.

PLAIN CHEESECLOTH MAXI SKIRTS (KHAKI & NAVY) - SIZE 10 - £10 EACH

These are so lightweight which will be great for when it gets a bit warmer. They feel so comfortable and are very versatile. They will look perfect with off the shoulder tops, vests, tees and much more. The waistband is very stretchy so perfect for bbq's ;) I really like the casual vibe of the side pockets and because of the material creases will not be really obvious. Bonus!! I will have to wear them with a slight wedged shoe as they are a little bit long, but that's fine. I only wish they had more colours :(

OATMEAL THUMPER CUFFED PJ BOTTOMS - SIZE M (10/12) - £7

Again these are super comfy and true to size. They are cute, but quite neutral in tone so easy to pair with plain tops.

I hope you enjoyed this haul. I will most likely be popping to Primark again in the next week or two so watch this space for more goodies!

Love to you all

HAUL: JOE BROWNS LACE UP TALL BOOTS

Hi gorgeous lovelies! Really quickly I want to address my absence from my blog. As I mentioned in 2015 I have been dealing with some personal issues mainly to do with my health. Unfortunately I am still dealing with this in 2016. I have been sad to neglect my blog, but at the same time my health has had to take priority and I wanted to feel motivated to write well rather than throwing out any old rubbish that you wouldn't want to read. My plan is to give YouTube a real good go this year. I would like to see how much I enjoy filming product reviews, empties, hauls and perhaps outfit posts. Let me know if you would like to see me on screen or would you prefer just blog content. I may continue to do both, but I work full time so I will see how it goes. I would love your opinions please so leave those in the comments below. Please bear with me sweet readers and have a great day!

Now on to today's post ............

I put out this post last month: CHRISTMAS PARTY OUTFIT - JOE BROWNS which featured some great fashion items that are still available at sale prices. I met JOE BROWNS at a Bloggers Love event last year. I love this brand as they have such a wide variety of fashion for everyone. There are many inspirational pieces as well as great staples. Because of this they are very much a unique brand that everyone needs to check out.

I was so lucky to win a £100 voucher because Joe Browns liked my blog post and so I have decided to share with you the items I have purchased.

I haven't had a pair of lace up boots for years so when I saw these beauties in black and brown I just had to order both. I love that measurements for the heel height, leg length, calf circumference and leg height are all shown making it easy to ensure you can order the correct size. Sometimes ordering online can be such a pain, but this removes that agony making the shopping experience more relaxed. I was confident these would fit and voila they fit perfectly. I am short which means that long boots with zips do not always fit me well around that calves. I thought the boot material actually opened up at the front, but it doesn't. I had no need to worry though as they are they slip on easily and are a great length on me.

The brown pair did have a fault on the toggles of one boot, but I sent them back and they sent me a brand new pair very promptly which were perfect.

I love these boots. They are quality made and very comfortable. I am so glad I picked these wardrobe staples as they will look great with jeans, leggings, dresses and more.

I would love to know your favourite JOE BROWNS pieces, especially as their new Spring collection has just landed!

EVERYTHING5POUNDS PLATFORM SHOES HAUL

Hey loves. I hope you are all having a great weekend.

Recently I made an order at everything5pounds and I am very pleased that I managed find these shoes just in time for the spring/summer season.

I have the same problem every spring/summer season where I try to find shoes that do not rub, cover my toes and are not winter boots. On my left foot I used to have an ingrown toe nail and now it never grows full length. Sorry if that's TMI, but it's not grosse or anything. I just don't feel like my feet are pretty enough because of it to wear open toe shoes as it's pointless me painting my toe nails.

Anyway these platform shoes I thought would be great for every day wear. I bought all four shades so that I have neutrals and a couple of colour options for the season. At £5 a pair why not eh?

I am usually a size 5, but when I received my original order they were definitely more like a size 4 as I measured them against my own shoes. I re-ordered these in a 6 and although they are a tiny bit big at the sides I am hoping that they will fit better in the warmer weather as my feet will probably swell a bit. Ooh this is a sexy post I know.

If these shoes are your style grab them now before they sell out here. Just remember to size up!

Let me know your spring/summer great shoe finds in the comments below. Especially ones that cover the toes :)

PRIMARK HAUL AUGUST

Hey everyone. I'm back with another post today of a PRIMARK haul. I haven't been shopping in what seems like forever. My last haul was in April I believe as I won a voucher. If only money really did grow on trees. Oh well enough rambling so here are my goodies.

BLACK CHUNKY LACE UP BROGUES £14.00

With A/W season winging it's way and me travelling to work by bus these are perfect to stop me hopefully slipping over in the rain and snow when running for my buses.

POCKET SHIRTS IN SHADES L-R (PURPLE, KHAKI, NAVY & WHITE) £8.00 EACH

Now these may not look too exciting, but trust me these are perfect for ladies like me who are shall we say well endowed on top and fear buttons popping on regular fit shirts. Primark bring these type of shirts back in time and time again and I will always by them. I usually wear a bodycon vest or top underneath as they are very see through. The sleeves can be rolled up or down. These ones are very long on me this time. Say about calf length at the longest point as they have a dipped hem so I could even put a bodycon dress underneath. I usually wear a size 10 in most items. These are very oversized so I bought them in a size 6 except the navy which is an 8 as there were no size 6 left in that shade.

GREY MID LENGTH CARDI £12.00

I already have this in black and love it. So simple and a great transition piece between seasons. Very 90's inspired too. I have this in a size 8. I have mine left open as a long cardi, but judge the size for yourself if you prefer it done up as above. This is calf length on me.

BLACK ID BRACELET CHAIN DETAIL FLATS £8.00

Sometimes i find that I am in between size 5 and 6 in Primark flats. These however fit me perfectly in a size 5 my usual size as are the lace up shoes too. These will mainly be for work, but will work with skinny jeans too.

GREY MARL (LEFT - FRONT VIEW) & BLACK (RIGHT - BACK VIEW) ZIP BACK JUMPERS £10.00 EACH

These are the perfect oversized, but not too oversized tops to pair with pretty much anything. They have a dipped hem at the back. The length is crutch/under the bum length. I think I will have to be careful with the zips on these though as they keep catching on the material. The quality of the material is great. Like something you would see in Zara. I bought these in size xs.

GREY MARL (LEFT) & BLACK (RIGHT) V NECK KNITS £5.00 EACH

As a cheaper alternative to the above zip tops you could go for these although the material is thinner and they look a bit less quality, but they are still soft and great for layering in A/W. They are v-neck front and back with a lower v at the front. I got these in a size 10 and now think I should have got sizes 8 or even 6. I can't be bothered to exchange them though for the price so I will tuck them into high waisted items instead.

I hope you have enjoyed this haul. let me know your Primark bargains in the comments below in case I missed something ;)

STRADIVARIUS WISH LIST

Hi sweeties. Today I have a wish list post for you with pieces from the fabulous brand Stradivarius who are opening their first UK store in London's Westfield Stratford later this summer.

These wedges are to die for. In summer I always struggle to find suitable footwear as I have a dodgy looking big toenail on my left foot which makes me self conscious of wearing open toe shoes. These beauties would go with so many outfits letting my feet get some summer air and making me taller :)

This simple piece can be left plain and cool as above or accessorised with a belt, necklace or collar tips. I love the preppy style of the buttons done up like this.

How cool is this dress? The fabric looks so light. Great for day or night. This versatile item could be worn in so many ways by simply changing the belt or layering over trousers/leggings.

To get in the mood for summer the Hawaiian inspired bracelet (right) is just beautiful. The name tag bracelets (left and centre) are simple enough to just wear with pretty much anything and great to hang charms off too to make them more interesting and varied. I probably wouldn't wear these all together, but they are such a great set for the price.

Let me know your favourite pieces from Stradivarius in the comments below.

OUTFIT & COMPETITION: LAS VEGAS GLAMOUR WITH QUIZ CLOTHING

Hi sweeties. I hope your week has been good and that your weekend will be even better. You have probably noticed the Quiz Clothing banner ad on my blog for the chance to win a trip for 2 to Vegas including return flights, limo ride transfers, 5 nights at a 5* hotel, 5 dresses for the winner and tickets to see Britney Spears.

Feeling inspired by this fabulous prize I have created an 'Outfit Of The Night' post with two dress options. All pieces are from Quiz Clothing as they have some great items online.

If you can't do glamour when you are in Vegas when can you do it. This full length dress is elegantly stunning with a split to the front revealing just enough leg as you move.

For a less dramatic, but still sleek and sophisticated style this dress with it's diamond/harlequin print feature wouldn't look out of place in a casino. The print gives a very slimming effect too.

All accessories I have chosen I think would work well with both dresses so you are good for 2 nights :)

I did think about choosing something more glitzy for the feet, but I think the accessories I have chosen more than make up for that.

Well a girl has to put her winnings somewhere ;)

I don't usually go for matching jewellery, but for this sort of evening out I think it's almost a necessity. The square diamond style reminds me of the playing cards too.

So for your chance to win this fabulous prize click on the Quiz Clothing Vegas banner ad near the top of my blog and ensure to enter your email address.

Good luck to all who enter!

Love to you all
