PRIMARK HAUL BARGAINS & CONVERSE DUPES

Hey everyone. I am going to get straight into today's post as I found some Primark gems for you including some converse dupes!

CONVERSE DUPES (BLACK/WHITE) - £6

I am so glad that I nabbed these bargain plims as they are great to throw on with just about anything for casual styling. The fact that they are monochrome too makes them so much more wearable. I already have them in a dark purple shade too. For just £6 I think they are a must have. Mine are a size 5 and true to size.

WIDE RIB JUMPER (RED, NAVY, GREY, GOLD, BLUSH & MULTI) - £8 EACH

I already have this in black, olive and ivory. They are great for wearing with jeans over a vest or shirt. I have also worn mine over maxi dresses to make the dress look like a skirt. They are stretchy, but fit well. I got a size 12 as I am a bit top heavy and they fit perfectly. The sleeves sit nicely at the elbows which is great for ladies not wanting expose their upper arms. I keep surprisingly warm in these too which is great as you can still look put together without feeling the chill. I think these are great for transitioning between seasons too because of the layering options.

LACE UP RIB JUMPER (KHAKI, IVORY, BLACK & BLUE MARL) - £10 EACH

I have been after some of these lace up style tops for a while, but I have found them to be made of a material I didn't like, a bodysuit or just too expensive. These were a bargain price. They are made from acrylic which I do find can make me a little too hot sometimes under my arms (sorry if TMI, but you may want to know this). I plan on wearing some thin long sleeve tops underneath to hopefully combat this problem. I would like some in a cotton material so if you know of any please let me know in the comments below.

Also do share your Primark bargains.

P.S. If you need to buy any foldaway bags to keep in your handbag Primark sell them from £1 and they come in their own pouch!

Love to you all

MISS REBEL MONOCHROME WISH LIST

Hey there sweethearts. Today I have some fabulous fashion to show you.

Miss Rebel have a great competition where bloggers that create a wish list of their favourite products are entered for the chance to win a £500 voucher to spend on the Miss Rebel website.

This bag would go with so many of my outfits due to it's cream shade. The tassle's and studs have a tribal/cowgirl feel which I love for summer.

This classic blouse would be perfect to pair with jeans, trousers and skirts. I would wear a bandeau underneath, but it would still maintain a sexy edge.

We have all seen the #SELFIE tops floating about, but I haven't picked one up as yet. I love the neckline and sleeve length of this tee. I would wear this tucked into a high waisted skirt or with denim dungaree shorts.

Now I contradict myself by picking this black slouch bag. It's a great size for work when I take my lunch and other essentials and for events so I can stash my camera away. I have also been into the quilted trend for quite some time.

A great throw on slouchy investment for those lazy days. Paired with over the knee socks, plims and a beanie this is so me.

Any time of year is monochrome love for me as you can see.

Let me know your Miss Rebel wish list favourites in the comments below along with how you would style them up.

Also if you do enter this fantastic Miss Rebel competition please leave links to your blog entries below so I can have a look :)

Entries close at 5pm on Monday 26th May!

Love to you all

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: MONOCHROME #OOTD

Hi there lovelies. I am back today with another fashion post for you. I met the brand Valour & Valkyrie recently at the Bloggers Love London Fashion Week Party event. They very kindly sent me an item from their collection which I have featured in today's outfit post.

This Valour & Valkyrie sheer tee is just beautiful. The lace and sequin detailing around the shoulders and decolletage along with the pin tucks down the front and the sheerness of the fabric make this piece ladylike with the modern twist of an exposed zip. This is laid back glamour at it's best.

My earrings were gifted to me by Nadia herself at the #BLFW Summer Garden Chic event on Monday. They have the signature Nadia Minkoff stamp.

My oversized boyfriend jacket was a real bargain from Karma Clothing at the time and has now been reduced to just £9.99. I did buy the black one too which is less oversized than this one. I got them both in a size 10.

My love for Primark is still alive. I was not brave enough to wear this tee without a layer underneath. I chose a tube top so that no bra straps would interfere with of the detail of the tee. The boots I love as they seem to go with everything. The trousers and clutch I have had for quite some time, but still love.

I hope you like this outfit post. It's my first one using my new camera, but I think the pictures turned out okay. Any outfit photo tips send my way ;)

Yayer Wishlist

Hi there again folks. I am back today as I have stumbled across the fashion website Yayer and just have to share with you my wishlist items from their website.

As you can see I have picked all cover ups here. With the weather being so erratic of late I chose items that can be worn to keep out the winter chill while you still look super cool.

All three are something I would have worn growing up and still would today. I think these styles are real keepers that can be worn again and again. I love the casual, laid back look of the first two longer pieces. The monochrome last piece will work with many outfits too.

Check out their full range at yayer.com

Have you purchased any pieces from Yayer? If yes, link me up to your outfit posts. If no, what would you add to your wishlist from Yayer? Let me know in the comments below.

Images not my own.

Haul: Peacocks Sale Bargains

Hey there loves. Today I am going to get right into this post and show you my two bargainous purchases from Peacocks that were in the sale. I know I said I was trying not to shop, but I didn't go crazy.

I have added a link to the same style of jacket so that you can get a better idea of what it looks like and all the details, but I could not find this exact colour online. I thought this jacket would be a great statement piece to wear for the monochrome trend. Stripes always return into fashion and monochrome works all year round. This is machine washable too. You can vary how it looks by rolling up the sleeves or leaving them as they are.

Leggings ~ Reduced from £12.00 to £5.00

These are kind of in the middle between matte and having a slight sheen to them. I guess the best way to describe them is to say that they look a bit like a wax jacket material, but feel a lot smoother. I really like the colour. They are a gorgeous brown red. Perfect to take me into the winter seasons. I would wear these day or night as they can be worn casually with a long sweater or dressed up with heels and a jacket. I couldn't find a link to these on the website sorry.

I am so happy with my two bargains for just £15.00. To take a look at the Peacocks sale online now check out this link!

Have you picked up any bargains lately in Peacocks? Let me know in the comments below so I can check them out.

NOTD: Monochrome Butterflies

Hey lovely Beauty Addicts. As always I hope your week has been superb. I haven't been up to anything particularly special. I visited my Mum yesterday which is always good. We made pancakes as she will be on her own pancake day and I didn't want her to miss out. Today I have a NOTD post for you so here it is :)

Left: White Shade from the StarGazer Diablo Manicure Set which I was sent for free as a PR sample. Reviewed here.

Right: Claire's Nail Stickers £3.00 for 1 sheet

I applied one coat of my Rimmel base coat followed by two coats of this white shade. I really wanted a plain background so that the butterflies would stand out and as the monochrome trend is here to stay for a while I thought I would embrace it. Once the nail polish had dried I used tweezers to carefully place stickers on alternate nails, pressing down carefully. I sealed the manicure with one coat of the clear top coat that comes with the StarGazer Diablo Manicure Set shown in the link above.

So here is the finished look. I think it's really pretty and simple. It has a kind of innocence about it. I think this would be a nice look for Valentine's Day. I really like the Valentine manicures that you always see about at this time of year with red, pink and/or purple shades, but I think this is still suitable for the day and something a bit different. It can of course be worn any time of the year though.

Do you like using nail stickers as nail art? Any tips for newbies that haven't used them before. Let me know if you have created any Valentine nails in the comments below.

Love to you all
