Hi my loves it's lovely to have you here at Beautiful Addictions. I have four product reviews for you today so I will get cracking.

Rimmel Stronger Base Coat ~ £1.98 for 12ml

I have had this base coat for absolutely ages and although there is still some left in the bottom it's a little hard to get out. This looks like a baby pink shade, but it comes across clear on my nails. I have nothing bad to say about this base coat other than the brush could be a little longer to get all of the product from the bottom of the bottle easier. I always use base coat with polish, but my nails are still yellow stained so if you have any stain removal, prevention and/or whitening tips please let me know :)

RMK Make Up Base ~ £28.00 for 30ml

I received this product in my May 2012 JolieBox. This is a very light make-up base suitable for all skin types. The formula is quite runny and feels like a refreshing moisturiser to apply. I haven't noticed a difference to the length of how long my make-up lasts to be honest.

Eyeko Graffiti Eyeliner Pen Jet Black

I have loved this pen liner from Eyeko for years now. I would certainly recommend this for ease of control when creating a feline flick on the eyes. These used to retail at £5.50 each, but now the Eyeko eyeliner pens appear to be called Skinny Liquid Eyeliner. I think the shade range is the same of Black, Purple, Brown & Blue. These retail at £10.00 each. I remember asking Eyeko on Twitter when these were free with a magazine if there was a difference between the Graffiti Eyeliner Pen and the Skinny Liquid Eyeliner. Bellapierre Lash Building Black Mascara ~ £9.99 for 15ml

I received this in my April 2012 JolieBox. This was a really deep black pigment. This made my lashes look thicker and longer, but not as long as other mascaras have. The writing on the packaging has almost all rubbed off as you can see which is annoying if you wan to repurchase products.

May 2012 JolieBox: In Bloom ...

Hey All. The weather must be having it's time of the month as it's mood swings are doing my head in. In this post I want to show you the products I received in my May JolieBox named 'In Bloom ...'

Left To Right:

Essential Care Organic Rose Moisturiser, £7.50 for 15ml / £19.00 for 50ml

This feels nice enough when I tried a bit on my hand, but it's another rose scent which I'm bored of in beauty boxes now.

Talika Lipocils Expert, £27.00 for 10ml

I am pretty happy with my lashes, but I will keep this in case I feel they ever need a little help.

RMK Make Up Base, Link

When I tried this on my hand it feels very fresh, creamy and cooling. I am not sure of the usual price of this product as I could not find it on the RMK website.

China Glaze Professional Nail Lacquer (Hook And Line), Link

This is a full size product from The China Glaze Capitol Colours The Hunger Games Collection. I would describe this shade as a grey putty with a slight silver/purple duo chrome. I would have hoped for a bit more of a brightening shade for this time of year, but it is great that it's full size and from this collection. I am not sure of the usual price of this product.

I am not blown away by this box I have to say. I will use the moisturiser, make up base and nail lacquer for sure. The Talika product I will keep for when needed. I am hoping that when I use one of these products it is going to blow me away because looking at them right now I'm sorry to say it looks like a bit of a boring box. 

Not just because of this box as one box is no reason to unsubscribe, but my JolieBoxes keep turning up late or not at all and I have to keep chasing after them. Also I have received an email today telling me that my payment has failed for my June JolieBox. This keeps happening lately and I'm getting fed up with it now. I will sleep on it tonight, but I may unsubscribe.
