BLOGGERS FASHION WEEK #BLFW

Hey everyone and welcome. I have a photo filled post for you today as I attended a very exciting event on Tuesday evening at The Penthouse, Leicester Square. The gorgeous Danielle from Bloggers Love organised Bloggers Fashion Week which was held over three days and I attended day 1. I met so many great fashion brands and lovely bloggers too.

DJ Sarah Giggle always looks amazing. I so want her headphones.

Cool urban jewellery plus Gail has beautiful batik fashion designs and Carrie Bradshaw inspired skirts. Such a great mix of street and vintage items.

Each piece is individual featuring unique illustrations from fashion designer Maria-Katharina Richters. Very cool and playful designs that have already been a hit at festivals.

Stunning pieces to add glamour to any femme fatale.

I love Major London 05. They have such a great range with pieces that are so wearable yet will give impact. Street style at it's best.

Amazing hand crafted couture chick feather accessories.

Another brand I met previously. The CityRack has a great range of current on trend fashion. I love the 90's inspired cami dress with mesh detailing.

There were so many people crowded around this line and I could see why. The SCARLETT JUMPER DRESS looked great on. You can take a better look here at the MADDY TWO PIECE. Verity Anne Handmade Clothing is also available at ASOS MARKETPLACE.

Fantastic quality celebrity inspired hair extensions and add on pieces such as ponytails, headbands and buns as well as pieces for a volume boost.

Ruby Soho have a fantastic range of print pieces as well as bags. This was my favourite item on the night though.

CATWALK

Other brands on the night that I spoke with were ELLIE AIR JEWELLERY with a beautiful collection of handcrafted minimal jewellery. My favourite piece there was the ombre design FULL TWIST RING.

VINS BOUTIQUE have some beautifully crafted jewellery pieces and more statement fashion items.

LEIGHTON DENNY were also there. I love their nail polish packaging and they have some fabulous shades within their range.

RUSH were gifting bloggers with products from their hair selection so I am excited to try those out. I spoke with lovely girls from their team.

DIDI'S BOUTIQUE featured in the catwalk show. DIDI'S GUN METAL CHAIN NECKLACE really caught my eye as shown above.

I hope you enjoyed this post. Let me know your favourite brands and pieces in the comments below.

Boohoo Winter Wishes Advent Calendar

Hi there gorgeous people. I hope you are having a great week so far. Time seems to be flying by so fast with festive spirits and good times to be had. Everyone is busy at this time of year, but it shouldn't be all work and no play. This is why outfits that take you from day to night are the best thing ever. Imagine you are at work, Xmas shopping or lunching with friends and you have a call or email to attend a party, drinks with friends or an event later that day. Trouble is you have no time to go home first to get ready. Have no fear because day to night outfits are possible.

I have been collaborating with Rob from Boohoo to create this fantastic advent calendar of accessories for this post. Each line of the calendar has a bag. I have chosen other accessories that I think will work well with each bag, but I thought why stop there.

I have chosen 6 dresses that are very wearable for the daytime, but will sail you through into the evenings festivities too. Each dress has been chosen to wear alongside my advent calendar 'Winter Wishes'.

Dress 1 (Doors 1-4, 1st Line)

I actually love this dress in both this design and the black and white reversed. See link for the other design. This has a real winter scene like snow fallen trees at night. I imagine someone who works in an art gallery wearing this by day and attending the coolest wine bar with friends by night. A truly sophisticated look.

The boots I originally picked are no longer in stock so I have added the suedette version in the link above.

The ring stacks can be worn with so many outfits. I would buy both sets to mix and match like the hardware on the clutch bag. There only appears to be silver available at the moment, but hopefully the gold will come back in stock.

I would wear the tan belt to break up the dress and work alongside the boots.

Dress 2 (Doors 5-8, 2nd Line)

With the comfort of the knitted material comes sexy medieval style with this studded armour dress.

The playful autumnal headband and over the knee socks will bring out your inner elf. The wine shade have now sold out. As an alternative I would pick the charcoal shade.

The buckled boots match well with the dress embellishments too.

Go from strolling in a winter wonderland setting to dinner with your beau.

Dress 3 (Doors 9-12, 3rd Line)

Who can go wrong with a LBD? 3/4 sleeves will keep out the chill at this time of year. This is a very girl next door look that could take you from Sunday lunch with your family to a few drinks at your local with friends.

The bowler hat adds a cute effect to the patent vixen boots.

I have kept the style of the bag the same as in the calendar, but as that shade has sold out I have linked the cream above. This actually comes in a bold yellow too.

The cobalt nails are a welcome contrast against this muted palette.

Dress 4 (Doors 13-16, 4th Line)

With the bold turban and the tattoo tights this look has an almost mystical circus theme behind it.

The boots, flowy smock dress and duffle bag make it easy to go from out shopping with the girls to a pamper night in.

Dress 5 (Doors 17-20, 5th Line)

This dress combined with the gold details of the shoes, bag and necklace portrays a classy vibe.

Perfect for the retail girl who wants to party all night.

The pink and purple are a great colour block combo.

Dress 6 (Doors 21-24, 6th Line)

This dress is such a hot shade. The sexy reveal of the shoulders along with the legs is gorgeous. For the up town girl at meetings all day that wants to see in the New Year in style.

The detailed boots, necklace and tights add a cool edge to an otherwise simple outfit.

The black tassel bag I originally picked has sold out, but this alternative clutch is just gorgeous for you to sparkle day and night.

I hope that this post has inspired you to find some day to night outfits. I am sorry that some items have sold out from the original calendar, but I think I have found some great alternatives and I hope you do too.

Many thanks to Rob for working on creating my advent calendar :)

Primark Accessories & 1 Skirt Haul

Hi everyone and Happy Sunday! I recently returned some items to Primark and of course I came back with some other items :) I thought it only fair that I share them with you so here they are.

Red, Blue, Grey & White Beanies ~ £2.00 Each

These are awesome for winter and to add a pop of colour with the red and blue to any outfit.

Green Mini Skirt ~ £3.00

It's a little big. I bought it in a 12 in the hope it would be a little longer. I think it will work okay with jumpers, tights and ankle boots.

Black Lace Up Wedge Boots ~ £18.00

I know these were already attracting fluff when I bought them, but I am hoping that when I roller over them they won't look so bad. These I can wear with so many outfits.

4 Pack Of Friendship Bracelets ~ 50p

50p is insane for these. That's 12.5p per bracelet. I love the designs. They are really fun.

Silver & Gold 3 Drop Layer Collar Necklaces ~ £4.00 Each

These are simple yet impact neck pieces that will make any plain top or dress look more expensive.

Primark have now upped their game by showing you products that are in store as well as Primania where everyone can show off their Primark outfits. For more info check out this link!

I hope you enjoyed this haul folks. I know I will get my wear out of these items. Which Primark bargains have you picked up lately? Let me know in the comments below.

My Thursday Primark Haul

Hiya I'm back once again today. I couldn't wait to show you my purchases from Primark that I picked up on Thursday and so I will get straight into this haul :)

Left: Red Check Nightshirt With Heart Cross Stitch Pocket & Roll Up Sleeves, £7.00

Right: Navy Check Nightshirt With Heart Stud Pocket & Roll Up Sleeves, £7.00

I have been loving the tartan/check trends around recently and as I needed some new nightwear I thought this was a great wear to bring it into my wardrobe. Perfect for lounging at home with snuggly long socks :)

Charcoal Jumper Dress, £12.00

This is a great size and length for me. I would like to wear it with tights, lace up ankle boots and a beanie. It came in a beige/cream colour, but I wasn't sure it would be great for my skintone. I would love it in black, red, blue and green.

Left: Burgundy Open Cardi With Pockets, £10.00

This is a lovely deep burgundy shade which unfortunately these photos are not picking up. I would prefer it to be pulled in at the bust for a more flattering fit so I am on the lookout for unusual broaches.

Right: Black Jumper With 3/4 Sleeves, £10.00

A great simple piece that I can wear with anything.

Left: 2 Packs of Black 3 Pairs 40 Denier Appearance Microfibre Opaque Tights, £3.00 Per Pack

These are the tights that I always buy from Primark

Centre Top: Fuchsia Beanie & Black Beanie, £2.00 Each

I loved this hot pink shade and the black is a great go with everything item.

Centre Bottom: 2 Pack of Grey & Black Headbands, £1.00 for 2

Easy to wear headbands.

Right: 2 Packs of Black 5 Pairs Cotton Rich Socks, £2.00 Per Pack

I have thrown lots of socks away so I needed some more plain black ones. I really wanted the ones with unicorns on, but I couldn't find them :(

So that's the end of this haul. I have been ordering some items online too so I will show you those soon. If you see any jumper dresses or lace up ankle boots around please let me know where you find them in the comments below.
