Ann Summers Underneath the LBD Blogger Competition

Hi loves. How are you all on this wet Monday? I have been giving my house a good clean today for the start of my Xmas break, yay :)

Ann Summers are running a blogger competition named 'Underneath The Little Black Dress'. The idea is to create a mood board including your chosen LBD with Ann Summers underwear to wear underneath. The winner will be awarded £900 of Love2Shop vouchers plus a £100 Ann Summers voucher.

This dress from Sugarhill Boutique is sophisticated grown up glamour with a cheeky heart detail on the back. This dress would be perfect for New Years Eve to party with friends and who knows have a midnight kiss?

For that sexy feel good factor I have chosen these items from the Ann Summers XXXmas lingerie range. Red is always a great festive shade that also brings out that inner temptress.

Check out the full XXXmas lingerie range in this link!

I would accessorise this look with these fabulous finds from New Look.

Black and gold together make any outfit look polished.

For more information on how to enter this competition check out this link!

Please note that all entries must be made by midnight Monday 16th December (tonight)!!

Good luck to all that enter :)

What are your favourite pieces from the Ann Summers XXXmas lingerie range? Let me know in the comments below.

Mini Haul: H&M and New Look Bargains

Hi lovelies and welcome back on this dreary Sunday. I hope you are not out in the rain and instead snuggled indoors with a cuppa hopefully reading my blog :)

Today I have a couple of items to show you that I recently picked up in H&M and New Look. This a very small haul, but a Primark haul will be following very soon too.

Black Floral Applique Shift Top, Reduced from £19.99 to £10.00

I could not find this on the H&M website, but if you see this in store I would suggest you try it on as I think it will flatter most body shapes. I would love this in other colours too, but this was the only shade I could see. I will wear this with a black vest underneath. This is a very versatile top that I know I will get a lot of use out of.

This bargain transparent top cost me even less as I had a credit note of £2.01 so I couldn't pass this up. I will wear this with a vest or body underneath. This wrap style is secured at the bust so great for us busty girls. It flatters really nicely. I am planning to wear this with a high waisted skirt. The colours and print on this top have a real oriental vibe which I have always been a fan of.

So that's it for this mini haul. Have you found any great bargains lately? Let me know if there are any items you think I would like in the comments below.

My Earrings & How I Store Them

Hello darlings I hope you are well. Today I am going to show you my earring collection and my storage solutions for them. So here we go :)

When I found this candle holder in Flutterbyes I thought it would be perfect for holding my stud earrings and I was right. The little holes in the butterfly pattern display the earrings perfectly. Some of these earrings are from Aldo, Primark and Bank.

This pink plastic 3 drawer unit was given to me by my Mum ages ago. I have seen these sold in many pound shops and places that sell household items so they should be easy to find.

This drawer holds all of my random earrings. I know that at least one pair is from Primark and my friend bought me the purple heart earrings.

Here are my silver earrings. These are from Primark, Urban Outfitters and Lucy In The Sky (present).

In this drawer are my gold earrings. These are from Primark and New Look.

So that's all for my earring collection. I hope you are enjoying viewing my jewellery and storage ideas. Let me know how you store and display your earrings in the comments below.

Everything 5 Pounds Style To Win OOTD: Floral Babydoll Dress

Hi lovelies. What have you been getting up to today? I have been out in my garden taking photos for another outfit post. I am still new to this so I hope you like it.

This tunic dress I found in the tops section. It is worn on the model as a dress and I have just ordered two more in the dress section of the same style which have a different pattern and colours. This comes in one size to fit 8-12. I would prefer it a little more fitted on top, but the loose style adds to the babydoll feel. The sleeves are elasticated and do not cling at all. This is lined so no underwear is on show. I am comfortable with the length, but I am not very tall so this is ideal for me.

These fit really well and are a good height. The platform heel feels sturdy and the ankle strap gives extra security. Great for those like me that don't usually wear heels. These will be such a staple shoe for lots of outfits.

New Look Suspender Tights

I think these add a cheeky touch to this outfit. They are sexy without being full on.

I am posting an entry to Everything 5 Pounds to win £100 to spend on their website. The E5P team will shortlist 10 entries to post on Facebook. There will be a poll between 22nd-29th August and the photo with the most likes/votes wins. All blogger entries must be in by 20th August. Good luck if you wish to enter, link!

What are your favourite pieces that you have purchased from E5P? Do you have OOTD posts that you wish to share with E5P pieces included? Let me know with blog posts links in the comments below.

OOTN: Movie Night

Hi there beautiful people. Are you up to much on this lightly snowing Saturday? I don't have many plans other then blogging for today. We had a few people over for take away and a movie last night which was fun. While getting ready I thought I would take some snaps of what I wore for our cosy night in.

Don't mind the headless person. I was in a bit of a rush, but before doing hair and make-up I managed to take a few snaps.

Hot Pink bodycon dress ~ H&M

Grey Eyelet Knitted Boyfriend Cardigan ~ New Look. Haul post here

Black Disco Pants ~ BooHoo. You can find them here

Creepers ~ Primark

Socks ~ Primark I think?

Gold Cross Chain ~ Primark. Haul post here

I actually swapped the creepers and frill socks for these slipper socks because I don't wear shoes indoors. I also took off the necklace, but had I popped out that is how I would have worn this outfit.

I realise this is not a spectacular OOTN post, but I just thought it was something different to pop on the blog :) Apologies for the poor lighting as it was night time so I was under artificial lights. The pink of the dress and slippers are definitely hot pink, so much brighter than these photos.

What do you wear for cosy nights in? Full on glamour or onesie style? Let me know in the comments below.

Haul: Select Fashion, New Look, H&M And Primark

Hey there you gorgeous Beauty Addicts. I hope your weekend was fabbo. I went Xmas shopping on Friday, but I did manage to pick up just one or two wee things for myself as you do ;)

These gorgeous baby pink fingerless/mitten gloves are from Select Fashion. They are so handy for when it's cold and I still want to use my smart phone. I think the pearl and gem detailing makes them super cute. I picked these up in the 20% off sale for £4.00. Their website currently has a 30% off everything sale (excluding sale items). Here are the gloves, Link. Here is the matching headband that I also saw in store, Link.

I bought two pairs of these as I saw a girl working in New Look at Bluewater last Xmas wearing them, but I couldn't find them anywhere. The top part looks more skin toned than in this photo. These are £4.99 a pair, but as I had a credit note I paid nothing, sort of. I can not find the exact same pair on their website, but I did see these in store which are the same design except the skin tone part is a fine black denier for a more modest look and they are on 3 for 2.

This H&M Get Your Groove On! Shimmering Shower & Bath Cream Frangipani Fantasia I just could not resist. It's pink, it's glittery. What's not to love. I want to see if this leaves a glittery veil on my skin when I use it. This was a bargain at just £1.99 for 410ml. I could not find this on their website, but here is the Body Splash Spray of this, Link.

Now on to the Primark goodness ........

The gold cross earrings are £1.00. The gold and silver cross necklaces are £2.00 each. I am a massive fan of crosses and as the trend for them never seems to be coming to an end I don't think you can go wrong with these items of jewellery.

These Ivory Slipper Socks I just couldn't pass up. They look so cosy and I know I will get my use out of them. These were only £4.00. They fit size 4-8 or 37-42.

Black faux leather (pleather) trousers with panelling. These beauties are £13.00 which I think is great. I love these so much. They have a side zip. The size 10 in these looked too big for me and there wasn't an 8 so I chanced it and got a 6 as they looked a little bigger than you would expect an 6 to be. I can do them up, but I think the 8 would be better so I'm undecided on whether or not to keep these as I don't want to give them up :( I will try them on again when I'm not so busy. I would advise going at least one size down with these if you get them.

Front panelling

Back panelling

Now these babies are the first thing I picked up when I entered the store and they were on my feet straight away. They are black with gold studs at the rear and down the heel. There are gold zips on the insides and the material feels like suede effect. They have a platform sole with a spiked heel. I will wear these with so many things so I am happy :) These cost £20.

That's all of my hauling goodness. Suppose I better get on with buying some more Xmas presents too, hee hee ;0)

Have you found the time to buy anything nice for yourself while Xmas shopping for others? Let me know in the comments below.

OOTN: Let's Bowl, Drink & Dance

Hey there Beauty Addicts. As I mentioned in my last post I went out on Saturday night with work colleagues and friends for our Xmas work do. We went bowling and moved on to a bar/club afterwards. It was a great night, but quite a difficult one to dress for. Here is my OOTN post to show you what I wore :)

Silver/White Jumper ~ H&M

Black Bodycon Top (worn underneath) ~ Vero Moda

Black Blazer ~ H&M - Blog Post Here

Black Quilted Bag ~ Unknown brand bought at BINTM Live!

Black Disco Pants ~ BooHoo - Blog Post Here

Leopard Print Court Shoes ~ New Look

Lips ~ StarGazer Semi Permanent Lip Liner Pen (03)* & 17 Lip Gloss (Red Shade)

*PR Sample

I'm such a multitasker. I took socks along in my handbag for the bowling and took off my jumper and tied it around my handbag when we went for drinks.

Haul: New Look for 98p

Hello Lovelies. It's Friday yep, yep, yep :) Gotta love that feeling huh? I went shopping in town a few weeks ago and bought a jumper from New Look. When I got it home I realised it was a little big and the material made me itch so I had to return it which made me sad as it was rather pretty :( On the up side it meant I could buy something else :)

Mohair Bobble Hats £4.99 Each (Left: A Purple Toned Grey, Right: Cream). Cable Knit Design. One Size.

I always get into hats at this time of year and they are great to keep warm. This product also comes in many shades such as Khaki, Deep Pink, Pink, Dark Red and more. Here is a link to this product.

Grey Eyelet Knitted Boyfriend Cardigan £17.99.

I wanted to get a cardigan that was a little slouchy, a little cosy and just went with everything. I wanted to try this in an 8, but they only had a 10. It leans more towards the slouchy look I was going for though. I think I prefer this undone. I'm might pair it with leggings, ankle boots, a long top and perhaps a scarf.

 The Back

 Eyelet Detailing

 The Oh So Cute Pockets

I am totally in love with this cardi. It also comes in other shades which I would like to get, but they may have to go on the Xmas list. Here is a link.

2 x Black Ponti Treggings £11.99 Each In Sale.

You may remember me posting about these before in my Treg Me Up post. I have these in Charcoal Grey and Dark Red. I have those in a size 8. I assumed the Black would be the same, but they come up so much smaller. I had a credit note from the size 8's that I returned so I put that towards this haul too. I now have these in a size 10. Here is a link to these Treggings.

So as I returned the jumper and had a credit note I had absolutely no guilt in picking up these products as I only had to pay 98p :)

That's my wee haul peeps. What lovely things have you been buying recently? Let me know in the comments below.

Apologies for the change in font as Blogger playing up.

 Love to you all
