CHEAP BODY FRAGRANCE

Hi lovelies. I have discovered some cheap body fragrances that I think some of you might like so here they are.

I thought these would be worth a go at just £1 each, but now they are just a crazy 75p each!

Chic Dream Bergamot & Berries I think would suit all ages and could be worn day or night. It has a slight warmth to it, but it's not overly heavy.

Classic Musk I really didn't like much. It smelt too much like hairspray. Very synthetic and cheap.

Paradise Shores Citrus & Red Berries is lovely. It has a zesty much more fun and youthful aroma. It's definitely more on the fruity side and my favourite of the three scents.

These do also come in these fragrances:

Floral Love Violets & Mandarin

Euphoric Mist Fruit & Sweet Amber

Pure Noir Vanilla & Juicy Peach

I know I didn't like the musk scent, but for fragrances this cheap I think they are worth giving a go.

Share your favourite body fragrances in the comments.

SKINCARE, TANNING & FRAGRANCE

Hi lovelies it's good to know you are here. I have 4 product mini reviews for you all for your body.

I received this product in my March Beauty Blossom GlossyBox where you can find full product information. This was not a heavy cream and did absorb into the skin easily. The scent I like, but don't love.

OUTDOOR GIRL SUMMER LEGS TAN IN A CAN LIGHT/MEDIUM

I think I picked this up in a 99p Store in the hope that I might be lucky to find a product similar to the Sally Hansen airbrush legs product that so many people like, but I have not tried. As expected however I didn't like the look of the shade. I tested a patch on my leg and it looked like a yellowy orange tone. At least it wasn't expensive though. This does however come in a shade of medium/deep so perhaps that's a better tone for those with a darker complexion.

This was another Impulse body spray that I loved. I picked this up in the 99p Store, but it's currently reduced to 98p at Superdrug in the link above. It's a soft floral scent with an uplifting fruitiness of green apple and raspberry.

I was very kindly sent 2 of these cans by Impulse to try and I am still using it. Sometimes I find vanilla scented products a bit too sweet for my taste. This is a little too sweet when I first spray it. Think like creamy butter icing. However once it settles on my skin it changes into a more musky, feminine scent that is not overpowering. This is also reduced to 98p at Superdrug at the moment.

I hope you have enjoyed these body product reviews. Any body cream, tanning or fragrance recommendations please leave in the comments below.

FRAGRANCE & PROTECTION

Hi sweeties. I am going to finish off with this post today. I have two body spray products to review for you.

I think I picked this up in my local Tesco for £1.00 at the time. At the moment you can buy 3 for £5.00. This is the first compressed spray I have used. This product did protect me well, but it made me cough every time I sprayed it. I tried using a lesser amount than I would usually spray as it was compressed so I thought I won't need as much, but it still made me cough. The scent was okay, but a little masculine for me. Still fresh though.

Superdrug currently have this selling for 98p. I picked mine up in the 99p Store. I do like Impulse body sprays as I am sure you have seen in previous reviews. The mist and fragrance are just enough to leave you lovely and scented. The twist lids work well and there are so many aromas to choose from. I am not normally a fan of vanilla, but I bought this in a rush. Described as a subtle exotic scent I would have to agree. It's subtle, sexy and day or night appropriate.

Please let me know your favourite anti-perspirant deodorants and body sprays in the comments below? Also are you a fan of the new compressed products?

NIVEA SUN RANGE

Hey there beauties. I am so sorry that I was MIA last week, but I just got so busy. I wish I could blog full time, but those bills got to be paid until that dream comes true.

Anyway on to today's post. I was recently gifted with some Nivea products from their Sun Protect & Refresh Range as well as the Nivea Sun In-Shower Refreshing After Sun Lotion and asked to review them for you guys.

Before I start my review I just have to say how cute is my personalised travel bag with my name on :)

A non-sticky, ultra moisturising consistency. Enriched with menthol for a refreshing sensation on application. The silky powder and soothing oils nourish and protect against the sun. Water resistant with highly effective UVA/UVB filters.

I applied this to my face and neck. It absorbed very quickly, smelt gorgeous and was definitely not sticky or greasy. It is cooling and the menthol is definitely within the scent, but it's not like applying a heavy duty mouthwash.

A relaunched, much loved beauty must have with an improved formula. A cooling mist with a light, silky texture. No oiliness, stickiness or white residue and is quickly absorbed. With highly effective UVA and UVB protection. Water resistant.

I applied this clear liquid to my legs and feet. It absorbed quickly into the skin. The only thing I don't like is that it smells like hairspray on application, but you don't really notice it after a few minutes.

I did not try the factor 50 in this product as it's just a higher SPF and I was happy with using SPF 20.

The Beauty Editor's favourite gives an instant cooling sensation with this refreshing mist. With highly effective UVA/UVB filters and a continuous menthol spray action leaving a light even layer over the skin. No stickiness or white marks. Can be used at all angles. Water resistant.

I applied this to my arms, shoulders, hands, torso and back. This clear liquid absorbed very quickly also. This one also smelt a bit like hairspray, but again this was unnoticeable after a few minutes.

Again I did not try the factor 50 in this product as it's just a higher SPF and I was happy with using SPF 20.

Applying any lotion all over for me always seems like a chore whether it's just everyday moisturising or sun care. These products make light work of these rituals. For quickness I would use as a preference the spray or mist.

They all absorb really quickly with no stickiness or excess residue left on the skin which ticks all the boxes for me.

I am very pale and although I love to lie in the sun I am always fearful of burning. I had been laying in the sun from 3pm-5pm as it is advised that you avoid sun exposure between 11am-3pm. I noticed slight redness on my knees, face and arms after 2 hours so I was sensible and came out of the sun. These products protected my skin really well as although I had redness I did not burn.

The latest wonder product from Nivea offering intensive moisturising to help soothe skin. This water activating lotion is to be used in the shower to instantly cool and refresh the skin after sun exposure.

In the shower apply all of your usual products including your usual shower wash. While the skin is still wet apply this product all over. I applied it to my face also and it didn't do me any harm, but be careful if you have sensitive skin as I am not sure that it was meant for the face. Rinse off the lotion and you are free to get on with your day or night. No residue will be left on your towel.

This lotion absorbed quickly into the skin. The baby soft scent is amazing and the product formula is so moisturising. It feels like a layer of silk surrounds the skin after application. Even my face felt like a baby's bottom. Even if you don't use this after sun exposure I would say this is a great product for impatient people like myself who just hate body moisturising. It takes all the hassle out of it. No sticky feeling. No white residue. No need to stand around naked waiting for it to absorb before you can get dressed. I love it.

I am very happy with all of these products. I will certainly be more likely to step out into the sun this summer :)

Please note that although the SPF factors I used suited my skin you should use the factors that you feel are best suited to your skin type and length of sun exposure as well as perhaps the time of day.

If you have tried any Nivea Sun Range products let me know your favourites with reasons why in the comments below.

GLOSSYBOX: SUMMER BEAUTY EDIT WITH SUPERDRUG

Hi lovelies and happy summery Sunday. It's just so beautiful outside that it's almost tempting not to blog, but have no fear I promise I will. Today I have my May GlossyBox first impressions to share with you. This box is the 'Summer Beauty Edit' in collaboration with Superdrug to celebrate their 50th birthday! Superdrug is one of my go to beauty essentials stores so I knew this would be an exciting box.

SOLAIT ILLUMINATING FACIAL BRONZING CREAM ~ £2.99 FOR 100ML

With light reflecting particles to give a healthy, luminous glow as well as ingredients to hydrate and soften the skin.

Exfoliate before use. Apply to a clean, dry face with a tanning mitt or your hands. Blend at the hairline and eyebrows. Wash hands immediately after use.

This product is meant to develop within 2-4 hours. The scent in the tub is very much defined by the sweet almond oil. It looks like a medium thickness cream.

For maxed-up lashes this wand has a multitude of bristles to separate and give a fanned out lash effect. This mascara has a built in wiper system taking off excess product when you pull the wand from the tube. There will be a pop sound to ensure it's working.

Coat evenly root to tip, turning as you reach the end to accentuate the curve and prevent clumping.

I have never tried this mascara so I will see just how volumised it can make my lashes.

This foot mask will hydrate for up to 24 hours working while you sleep to give you beautifully soft feet when you wake.

Massage onto clean, dry feet before bed. No rinsing required.

I tried a tiny bit on my hand and it absorbs into the skin instantly which is great as I hate having sticky cream on me when getting dressed let alone going to bed. I would like to soften my heels for summertime so this will definitely be given a go.

A non-sticky or greasy body moisturiser.

Spray evenly over the desired area for long lasting, locked in moisture.

I am a really big fan of spray body moisturisers. It saves scraping or squeezing the product out and makes application a much quicker and easier process. This cocoa butter scent is gorgeous too. I really like the twist lid that clicks into place. No lost lids. I sprayed some on my legs and it has absorbed unbelievably quickly meaning getting dress straight after application is not a problem.

A full coverage lipstick that leaves a soft sheen on the lips.

Sweep on as required.

This is a very pretty lipstick that is very natural and I think would suit all skin tones. It has a lovely sheen which reflects beautifully in the sunlight. A great everyday shade for summer. I do have one negative though and that is the packaging. The lid is very secure and clicks shut, but the lipstick tube feels quite un-sturdy.

Now following on from all of those full size products are the bonus items.

Enhanced with 4 oils for softer, smoother, silkier skin. Non-greasy and non-sticky. For dry skin.

Apply to clean, dry skin. Not for the face.

This sample of body moisturiser is a new product for me to try and will hopefully do the job.

An intoxicating and addictive fruity-floral fragrance.

The fruity top notes are the first thing I notice about this scent. It quickly settles though into it's floral woody base. This musky scent is very sensual. Perfect for summer days and nights.

Well what can I say. I am very impressed by this box indeed. I think this was a great collaboration and I wish Superdrug a very Happy Birthday!!

FACE, HAIR & BODY REVIEWS: DERMALOGICA, SOAP & GLORY AND IMPULSE

Hello again for my last post of today. I have three products in this review post for you so I will crack on and tell you about them.

I was sent a great package of products from the Dermalogica Clear Start line by a PR company around Xmas time. This is the first one that I have used up. You can use this product on your face and body to clear dead skin cells, dirt and excess oils that clog pores and cause breakouts. So for those of you looking to reduce any breakouts that you may already have and lessen the chance of future breakouts this may be worth a try. I don't have trouble with a lot of blemishes, but I did enjoy using this product. The scent is very clean and fresh, not medicated at all. The gel formula foams up nicely leaving thoroughly fresh and refreshed skin.

This was part of a Xmas gift set. Designed for use on all hair types this no build up formula is meant to gloss, smooth, moisturise, repair and strengthen your hair. This product was a winner for me. The scent is that of the classic Soap & Glory. Very fruity and soft all in one. So what did it do for my hair? I did the two wash process that I do every time I wash my hair to ensure all products are removed. Even after the first wash my hair feels so much thicker in the shower. The scent is amazing and the pink liquid formula works wonders in expanding my hair strands. I would definitely pick this up in the future after using up my other products. Such great value for a 250ml tube.

I picked this up in the 99p Store, but they currently have this on the Superdrug website for 99p which I have linked above. With notes of freesias, muguet and amber this fragrance is gorgeous. It's a very fresh and beautiful floral scent which I would definitely pick up again.

So what have been your favourite face washes, shampoos and body sprays at the moment? Let me know with reasons why in the comments below.

Shaved, Smoothed & Smelling Good

Hello sweet peas. It's almost the weekend so hoorah for that. Today I have 3 body skincare reviews for you so I will crack on.

I received this product in my Festive Treasures GlossyBox. I must admit that on my first use it felt very unnatural and a little scary to use a razor without any other shaving product. Once I got used to how firmly to press and work it around my body contours though I realised that I was actually pretty impressed with it. The moisturising area around the blades lathers up well once wet. The head is kind of springy, but once I became confident in using this product I knew how much pressure to apply. It is more chunky than other razors obviously so may not be great for travel, but this lasted quite a few uses. I am not sure where the indicator is to let you know when the blades need changing, but once the moisturising strip had worn away at the front I could tell that I couldn't use it any longer.

The moisture spray I have linked above looks different to my bottle so I am hoping that the product has not changed for this review. My bottle is 250ml whereas the bottle linked above is 50ml. I don't remember paying more than £5.00 for this product at the time, but it was quite a while ago. Anyway enough rambling. This moisture spray I would say is an essential for those who find body moisturising a real task. The scent is lovely and spa like. This bottle has lasted ages considering that myself and my boyfriend give each other back massages with it too. My only bad comment is to say I reserve this for when I am at home in my PJ's rather than getting dressed to go out. My reason for this is one day I went to work with fitted coloured trousers on and marks appeared around my knees where the product had seeped through. It is not by any means a greasy product, but it does take longer to sink in than other moisture products. My skin does feel very smooth and moisturised after use though.

I picked this up in the 99p Store however I have linked to Superdrug above as it's not on the 99p Store site and Superdrug currently have it for 99p anyway. I really enjoyed this subtle fruity scent with a blend of wild apple, honeysuckle and coconut. A 99p bargain that I would pick up again.

I hope you enjoyed today's reviews. Let me know your favourite skincare for the body with reasons why in the comments below.

Fragrance Reviews

Hi lovelies I hope you are all well. It has been so chilly these last couple of days that it's starting to feel more like Xmas.

I have five products to review for you today so here are my thoughts on them :)

Morrisons Total Confidence Candy Pink Antiperspirant Deodorant ~ 250ml

Up to 24 hours protection against wetness and odour. Alcohol free, PH balanced and dermatologically tested.

This antiperspirant deodorant works well enough for me. This has a soft powdery scent that is quite subtle. I would prefer a lid if I were to travel with it though in case it sprayed in my bag. This was approximately £1.00 which is handy to pick up on my weekly shop.

Morrisons Total Confidence Crystal Waters Antiperspirant Deodorant ~ 250ml

My thoughts are the same about this spray. The only difference is that the scent is more fresh than the Candy Pink.

Morrisions Delight Lasting Fragrance ~ 75ml

A cool and fruity fragrance. Long lasting and dermatologically tested.

I am not a fan of these body sprays from Morrisions. I previously tried the Tantalise scent which I could really smell alcohol in. I could really smell it in this one too. I will therefore not be trying out the other scents in this range. This again was around the £1.00 mark.

Revlon Charlie Essence Perfumed Body Fragrance ~ 50ml

An enchanting creation of zesty fruits, velvet florals and musk.

I received this as part of a gift set from my Mum last January for My Birthday. It had rolled under my unit, but I found it when I was tidying up. I enjoyed using this around Halloween and Bonfire Night as the packaging of the bottle seemed quite fitting. It was an okay spray, but the scent was not as magical as the bottle looks. At the moment you can purchase the single 75ml bottle for 82p at Superdrug, link

Roger & Gallet Rose Imaginaire Fresh Fragrant Water ~ 100ml for £32.00

I received this product at the Roger & Gallet Blogger Evening in September 2012. I previously described the scent as 'very delicate and womanly. Lovely for daytime freshness'. This is a very subtle fragrance that to me is somewhere between a perfume and a liquid body spray. I don't think that you could ever over apply this because it is not heavy at all. I have added a link above to Marks & Spencer although it is available from other stockists.

So that's my reviews for today's post. What are your current favourite body fragrances? Let me know in the comments below.

Feeling Fresh

Hello beauties. What have you been up to today? I have three products to review for keeping you body fresh so here goes :)

Left: Nivea Fresh Natural 24 Hour Anti-Perspirant Deodorant, £2.00 for 150ml

I picked this up at a chemist while on my travels. It has a lovely clean and fresh powder room scent. It's gentle formula did not cause irritation after underarm shaving. I would pick this up again.

Centre: Right Guard Women 48 Hour Total Defence 5 Anti-Perspirant Deodorant, £1.00 for 150ml

I picked this up in Poundland and I really like it. It has a very linen fresh scent. The total defence 5 stands for fighting perspiration, preventing odour, long-lasting freshness, instant response formula and triple stain protection. I would use this again.

Right: Morrisons Tantalise Body Spray

This is said to be a delicious and zingy fragrance. This was around the £1.00 mark. I didn't overly enjoy using this product as you could really smell the alcohol in it. There are other scents in this range which I may try, but if they smell of alcohol like this one they won't be favourites of mine.

Have you found any long lasting anti-perspirant deodorants that are clean and fresh smelling as well as less staining? What are your favourite body sprays? Let me know in the comments below.

Revlon Charlie Touch Perfumed Body Fragrance

Hello lovelies. How has your day been? Today I want to do a little review of a body spray that I received as part of a gift set for my birthday.

Revlon Charlie Touch Perfumed Body Fragrance

'A signature scent of romantic rose and indulgent vanilla musk'. Now I don't despise this scent at all, but rose and vanilla are not my most favourite body aromas. This is not a heavy scent though so it is non-offensive to me.

You can pick this up in Superdrug for 75ml of product for 84p at the moment, Link.

Have you found any body sprays that you are currently in love with? If so let me know in the comments below.

My Latest Anti-Perspirant Deodorant & Body Fragrance

Hi you gorgeous readers and Happy Bank Holiday! Today I have a couple of products to talk about so here I go :)

Left: Soft & Gentle Anti-White Marks Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Verbena & Waterlily 24 Hour Protection, 99p for 150ml from 99p Stores

Shake, hold upright, spray 15cm from underarm. Do not apply to sore or broken skin.

This says it offers 24 hour protection. It did last as well as other anti-perspirant deodorants I have used, but I would say there were days that I felt a little perspiration under my arms within a 12 hour period (a working day). It says it minimises white marks on the back of the can so you are not guaranteed to be mark free although I didn't notice any obvious white marks while using this. The scent is very light and floral. Good for the spring/summer seasons. This sprays a fine mist with just enough product coming out.

I picked up two of these lightweight cans from the 99p Stores as I always like to know I have this sort of product to hand. I would pick this up again, especially at this price.

Right: Revlon Charlie Pink Perfumed Body Fragrance, Currently 84p for 75ml from Superdrug

Hold 15cm from the body and spray.

This is another body spray from the set my Mum gave to me for my birthday, Link. I really like the scent of this body fragrance. I usually just reserve body sprays for lounging at home, but I think this one is good enough to venture outside in as it could be thought of as an eau de toilette. Although the fragrance is not a bold, in your face type it is sweet and cheeky. There is a great mix of red fruits, tangerine and vanilla. I think any age could wear this day or night.

What are your favourite anti-perspirant deodorants and why? Have you got a current body fragrance that you just can't live without? Let me know in the comments below.

Body Beauty: Bathe, Scent & Moisturise

Ello, ello all. Welcome back to Beautiful Addictions. Today I have three reviews for you of products for the body.

Left: Morrisons Creme Bath Orchid White

Pour under warm running water to create a bath full of bubbles. Use within 24 months of opening.

I have already reviewed the shower creme of this range here. This has the same baby soft type of scent as that. It's very clean and pure. I believe this was less than £1.00 for 1 litre. Myself and my fella both use this and it has lasted us ages. It's good to know it's guy friendly too so it saves buying two separate bottles if you share. This actually produces a good amount of bubbles too. I have already bought another one of these and will do so again.

Centre: Revlon Charlie Red Perfumed Body Fragrance, Currently 84p for 75ml

Hold can 15cm from the body and spray.

My Mum bought me this in a set of four sprays for my birthday, Link. Mine is a 50ml can, but you can purchase the 75ml size from Superdrug shown in the link above. I usually wear body spray rather than perfume if I am just at home for the day so it's always good to try new ones. I remember being given a Charlie perfume when I was very young and I'm sure it featured some red in the design so I didn't have very high hopes for this one as I found the perfume too old for me. I know I am much older now, but that memory still made me feel like this may be a more mature scent. I was however nicely surprised as the mix of flowers and spicy fruits are pleasing. It's not expensive so if it's not for you it shouldn't be too much of a disappointment.

Right: Keep Clean And Moisturise Luxury Body Lotion Pomegranate Noir, 99p for 250ml

Pump into hands and lather over your body.

I picked up this range in the 99p Stores, Link. I described this scent in that post as a 'very light scent that is soft, yet a little musky at the same time'. I would still have to agree with that. It's very creamy and a thick formula that feels great on the skin. More of a body butter than a lotion I would say. The cream itself I love, but the packaging doesn't work so well. I am not very good usually at getting these pump designs initially to pop up ready for use so the fella was called in and sorted it. About a third of the way into the bottle the cream seemed almost too thick to pass up the tube. I had to keep unscrewing the pump, swirling the cream around and using it from there. Eventually I went to the swirl and scoop method to get the product out as the pumps dispenser fell off. I could put it back on, but it just seemed easier to do it this way. Overall I still really like the cream. If you can find another pump to fit the bottle that might work better then this would be fab. I may just have a dodgy one, but I have the other scents to try and will let you know.

I have tried a few of Morrisions beauty products now, but which ones do you recommend? Have you got a favourite body fragrance that you think I might like? Have you found any bargains in the 99p Stores? Let me know in the comments below.

June 2012 Empties

Hi there loves. I hope your weekend has been great so far. Today I want to get straight into this post as I have a lot of empty products that I have used up in June. Here is a brief review of them all.

Handy Wipes, Cotton Pads, Eye Make-Up Remover, Collagen Filler & Face Cream

Left To Right:

Me To You 80 Handy Wipes Orange Scented ~ £1.00

Previously reviewed here.

2 x Johnson's Baby Cotton Pads ~ 99p Each Pack

Previously reviewed here.

Pure Revitalising Eye Make-Up Remover ~ £1.00

Previously reviewed here.

Superdrug Optimum Line Decrease Collagen Filler

I think this product is usually around £7.00, but I can't find it on the Superdrug website. I got it a bit cheaper at the time though. I wanted to try a different face serum so I gave this a go. It is said to smooth wrinkles and fill in fine lines. It directs you to use it morning and night on cleansed skin. My routine is to use a face wash in the shower, face scrub (twice a week only), then use a cleanser/make-up remover, toner, face serum and finally a moisturiser. Unfortunatley this didn't really do anything for me. It has a pleasent neutral scent and is a nice cream, but I noticed absolutley no difference to my lines and wrinkles.

I received this product in my May GlossyBox. This was a nice cream to use, but it's just not the type of scent that appeals to me.

Bath/Shower Gel, Bubble Bath, Body Scrub & Cotton Buds

Left To Right:

Noble Isle Summer Rising Bath & Shower Gel, £20.00 for 250ml on nobleisle.com

I received this in my May GlossyBox where you can see my thoughts.

Hello Kitty Liberty Bath Bubbles x 2

I received these 200ml/75ml bottles at Xmas time. You can find that post here. I love the scent and the packaging of these products. Just adorable. Unfortunately these were only available around Xmas time at Boots, but you may be able to search for them on Ebay or Amazon.

Soap & Glory Flake Away ~ Various Prices On ebay.co.uk

I received this product for Xmas too. That post is here. Although I like the scent of this product I don't like the way it feels when I apply it. I can feel the sweet almond oil in it. It's a little sticky and bitty. It makes me skin feel like it's getting a little warm. Not irritated or anything though.

Johnson's 200 Cotton Buds ~ £1.00 at tesco.com

I always throw the lids away on these so that's why it's not in my photo. These are just handy to use for make-up touch ups and to clean my ears. Nice huh!

Body Spray, Body Butter, Shimmer Gel & Fragrance/Perfume

Left To Right:

Hello Kitty Liberty Body Spray

I received this in my Xmas gifts. That post is here. Again this was available in Boots at Xmas time, but you may be able to find it on Ebay or Amazon. The packaging and scent are lovely, but the spray bottle stopped working half way through using it which was annoying.

Gorgeous By Gok Rich Moisturising Body Butter x 2

These products I again received for Xmas, Link. Most people I know know I love this range. The packaging is so girly I just love it, but it's the scent that really gets me. It's quite rich and warming. You could go out without perfume or body spray if you apply this because the scent of this cream is gorgeous enough on it's own. I am not a fan of body butters because they get under my nails, but that wasn't a problem until I neared the end of the jars. This range again has been out only at Xmas exclusive to Boots, but it has come out for the last two years so I will be asking for more from the range if it's out again this Xmas. There are lots of links for this on Ebay so have a search if you fancy it.

Avon Spotlight Moisturising Shimmer Gel

I purchased this product in an Avon sale for 75p. You can see that post here. This gel has silver shimmers which look pretty in the sunlight, but make sure to wash your hands after applying it or everything will have shimmer on it. I am not bothered by the scent, but it is just a little bit chemically. I could not find this on the Avon website, but I found it on ebay.co.uk for 99p.

Please see my May GlossyBox post for my initial thoughts on this scent, Link. This is so gorgeous I really do want a bottle. Maybe I will put it on my Xmas wishlist this year.

Floss, Hand Cream & 2 x Foundation

Left To Right:

Boots Dental Floss ~ £1.89 for 50m

I have been using this product for ages. I like to floss every evening and this works fine.

Soap & Glory Hand Food

I think I received this product at Xmas time. I have purchsed this many times before as I like the scent. This tube however smelt a little pasty and was a bit watery so I think I had a dud one. I found this on ebay.co.uk for various prices.

Max Factor Ageless Elixir 2 in 1 Foundation + Serum SPF 15 (Light Ivory 40)

This is one of if not the best foundation I have tried so far. The only problem for me is that this shade is a little too light and the shade Natural 50 that was sent to me for free was a little too dark. You can see my review of shade Natural 50 here. I did make this shade Light Ivory 40 work a little better for me however by mixing it with my Eyeko Tinted Cream, but I found I used more product this way. There are so many links on Ebay for this where you can find a price to suit you.

Max Factor Miracle Touch Liquid Illusion Foundation (Creamy Ivory 40)

I love how compact this product is. I bought this at the same time that I bought the other foundation above when Boots were having a 3 for 2 as I was curious about it. The shade is quite light, but it matches ever so slightly better than the foundation above. The texture of this product is creamy and smooth. It was so easy to apply this with the sponge provided. The sponge worked really well without leaving any streaks on my face. The jar was very hard to twist open on my very first use, but once opened it was fine. I plan on keeping this to put tester foundations in and I will keep the sponge as it works so well. This is a brilliant product if you just can't be bothered with spending more than two minutes if that applying your foundation. Mum's on the go please note. My only downfall with this is it did show up dry patches on my forehead and eyebrows. If you are prone to dry skin like me you may not like it for that reason. This gives light to medium coverage. I found this on lloydspharmacy.com for £12.99 and cosmetics-skincare.co.uk for just £6.99.

The products I would buy in the future:

Me To You 80 Handy Wipes Orange Scented

Johnson's Baby Cotton Pads

 Johnson's 200 Cotton Buds

Lolita Lempicka Eau de Parfum

 Boots Dental Floss

Soap & Glory Hand Food

Max Factor Ageless Elixir 2 in 1 Foundation + Serum SPF 15 (Light Ivory 40)

Max Factor Miracle Touch Liquid Illusion Foundation (Creamy Ivory 40)

So that's the lot people. I hope you found these reviews helpful. Which products have you been loving and loathing in June?

Love to you all

May 2012 Empties

Hello Gorgeous. Yeah that's all of you. I really want to get into this post straight away today as I have so many products to talk about. I am going to share with you my thoughts on the products I used up in May.

Face Wash, Make-Up Removers, Face Serum & Face Cream

Left To Right:

Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash, £18.40 for 197ml

This product came in my October Feelunique Beauty Box, Link. This face wash smells like bubblegum which I love. The exfoliating beads didn't do much for me so I used this purely as a face wash.

Bioré Make-Up Removing Wipes

I need to get some more of these. I received these for free to review. You can find my review post here. The regular price for a pack of 25 wipes was £3.99 from Superdrug, but I have never seen them in my local store and I can no longer find them on the Superdrug website. Do any of you lovelies know where I can find them? Please help as they make me skin feel sooooooo smooth.

Taaj Himalaya Micellar Water, £16.97 for 500ml

I received this product in my February JolieBox, Link. This was an okay make-up remover. Just enough came out of the top when tipped onto a cotton wool pad. It's a bit too herbally for me as I started thinking about marinating something every time I used it. Just not for me. The last time I used this I managed to slice my finger quite badly by closing the lid which is now just healing :(

Caudalie Vinosource SOS Thirst-Quenching Serum, £26.10 for 30ml

I received this product in my April GlossyBox, Link. This was a bit too runny for me. I prefer more of a thicker face serum.

Tropic Skincare Skin Revive, £15.95 for 50ml

I received this product in my April JolieBox, Link. This was a nice enough cream to use on my face, but I am still undecided on whether or not I like the scent.

Multi-tasker, Shower Washes & Body Exfoliation

Left To Right:

DR Bronner's Magic Liquid Soap, £3.14 - £11.69 for 118ml - 944ml

I received this product in my February GlossyBox, Link. This can be used in a number of ways, but I only used it for three. As a toothpaste it is awful. It literally is brushing your teeth with liquid soap. Horrible! As a hand wash it was okay. I used this mostly as a shower wash. It is refreshing because of the peppermint, but do be careful when washing down below as it's extremely tingly. You have been warned!

Marks & Spencer La Maison de Senteurs Body Wash, £3.50 for 200ml

I received this product as a Xmas present from a friend, Link. I love this baby soft scent which I am a sucker for.

Rituals Yogi Flow Foaming Shower Gel Sensation, £6.50 for 200ml

I received this product in my December GlossyBox, Link. This foaming shower gel has such a gorgeous scent. So sensual and sexy.

Yardley Luxury Body Wash (English Lavender), £2.63 for 200ml

I received this product in my March JolieBox, Link. This was okay to use and has quite a spa relaxing scent to it.

Beyonce Heat Pearl Exfoliating Shower Gel

I bought this as part of a gift set in the January 2011 sales from ASOS. I love the scent of this. It's very warm and sensual. The exfoliating beads didn't do anything in the way of exfoliation for me so I used a separate body exfoliator. If you Google this product there are a few links for it, but you may want to purchase the gift set if you really like the scent.

Body Scrub, Shave Gel & Anti-Perspirant Deodorants

Left To Right:

Primark Ooh La SPA DO NOT DISTURB Salt Scrub

I really like the style of this jar. I think the rubber seal shown tucked behind the jar was purely to keep the product sealed in before opening as I never put it back after opening it. I think this was only a couple of pounds at the time, but I bought it so long ago. I don't think they sell this anymore, sorry. This did feel really nice to use though. It's a kind of sugar scrub. I do like the fresh scent of this too.

Gillette Satin Care Floral Passion Shave Gel, £3.25 for 200ml, $19.59 for a pack of six 7 ounce cans

I received this as part of my Xmas goodies, Link. I usually always buy the Gillete shave gels as I like how they feel on my skin. The scent of this product is floral but quite subtle.

Superdrug Essential Anti-Perspirant Deodorant

One of the products I received as part of my Xmas gifts, Link. The other can I purchased myself. I have previously reviewed this here. This is not shown on the Superdrug website, but I think it's around 69p for a 200ml can.

Body Creams & Scents

Left To Right:

Beyonce Heat Gold Sparkling Body Lotion

I bought this as part of the gift set that I mentioned earlier in this post. This has the same sensual scent. The gold sparkle in this product is very subtle.

Baylis & Harding England Skin Spa Body Butter, £14.99 for the Drawer Set

I received this as part of a gift set for my birthday, Link. This has a pretty rose, ylang ylang & patchouli scent. This was a nice cream to use. I would say it is more of a cream than a body butter as it has a looser consistency than a lot of body butters.

Hello Kitty Liberty Body Butter

I received this product as part of my Xmas gifts, Link. I previously reviewed this product here. This range was Limited Edition at Boots around Xmas time, but you may be able to find this on Ebay or Amazon.

Barbie Fab Floral Spritz, £3.10 for 100ml

I purchased this product from Avon, Link in October. I think the bottle is so cute and so pink, yay :) This was nice enough to use. I may keep the bottle to fill with water when I want to spray my make-up brushes to apply pigments.

Lolita Lempicka L'Eau en Blanc, £49.00 - £65.00 for 50ml / 100ml

I received this product in my May GlossyBox. Check out this Link for my thoughts on this product.

Fendi Fan Di Fendi Eau De Toilette, $67.00 for 1.7oz, £33.95 for 30ml / £57.00 for 75ml

I received this product in my March GlossyBox. You can check out this Link to see my thoughts on this scent.

Toothpaste, Lip Salves, Hand Creams & Foundation

Left To Right:

Macleans Total Health Toothpaste, £2.13 for 100ml

My Mum picked this up for me and it tastes fine. I prefer to buy whitening toothpastes, but Mum picked up the wrong one. I forgive you Mum. I prefer flip top lids on toothpaste though. I want to try some of the Crest White Strips so if you know the best place to order them please let me know and which ones out of the range work best for you.

Lip Lishuss! Vanilla Scent Lip Balm

I received this product in a pack of two as part of my Xmas gifts, Link. I have no idea where you can buy Lip Lishuss! products. This product is too vanilla for me. It is a lotion consistency with granules. I don't like how it feels applying it to my lips.

LP Skin Therapy (Lip Rescue Gel), £15.00 for 8ml

I received this product in my July GlossyBox, Link. When I first received this product I really liked it because of the orange scent and the doe foot applicator, but my boyfriend has been hating this. He doesn't like the way this feels on my lips and I kind of know what he means. It coats your lips with a kind of rubbery barrier and is no good at all if you want to apply any lip products over the top as they just won't adhere to your lips with this on. This has lasted ages though.

Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden Hand Lotion, £4.25 for 250ml

I really like the scent of this. It's a very calming spa aroma. The pump design is what really attracted me to this product. I had used the Body Lotion from this range for such a long time, but for some reason it started reacting badly to my skin. Other products in this range that I had already bought seem okay at the moment though.

Arbonne FC5 Ultra-Hydrating Hand Creme

I received this item in my November GlossyBox, Link. This product felt so nice to use and the tube seemed to last forever. The tube is a little bland, but the product makes up for it. I would Google this product if you are interested in purchasing it as there are lots of links with various prices/sizes for it.

Max Factor Ageless Elixir 2 in 1 Foundation + Serum SPF 15 - Natural 50, £12.99 for 30ml from Boots or Superdrug

I received this product for free and I have previously reviewed it here. My boyfriend commented about a month ago that I was looking a bit orange with this on so I went for the lighter shade of Light Ivory, but it's a bit too light for even me. My boss actually asked me if I was feeling okay the first time I wore it as I looked so pale. I have been mixing it with my Eyeko Tinted Cream and I think it works better.

The products I would buy in the future are:

Bioré Make-Up Removing Wipes

Marks & Spencer La Maison de Senteurs Body Wash

Rituals Yogi Flow Foaming Shower Gel Sensation

Primark Ooh La SPA DO NOT DISTURB Salt Scrub

Gillette Satin Care Floral Passion Shave Gel

Superdrug Essential Anti-Perspirant Deodorant

Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden Hand Lotion

Max Factor Ageless Elixir 2 in 1 Foundation + Serum SPF 15

So that's all of my May Empties. I hope you found this post useful. Which products have you been loving and loathing in May?

Love to you all
